And I've spent the last four years learning and sharing with other moms the effects of stress on our brain and body.
Why?
Because I wanted to understand the unusual symptoms I was experiencing.
And I was tired of the doctors asking me if I had anxiety. #annoying
But I'm not a doctor. I'm just your average stay-at-home mom with four kids ranging from ages 1 to 13 years old.
I wanted to learn what I could do to feel better so that I could take better care of them.
Because of my research, I learned that my symptoms were stress related and I've since taken a proactive approach to managing my mom stress.
And I've been pretty much blogging about my journey ever since.
But a few months ago, I decided to rebrand my blog to MasterMomStress.com, which is set to launch sometime in May 2020.
I can't WAIT for you to see the new website I've been working on for you!
But guess what? You don't have to wait that long to get tips on how to master your mom stress.
Until my site goes LIVE, use the form on the right to start getting my best stress management advice in my weekly email, "The Calm Download."
