In 2016, being a stay-at-home mom left me feeling drained, leaving me with little energy to get up and brush my teeth let alone do anything else.
My life felt like a blur. I couldn't think straight or focus. I had no game plan. I was just going through the motions, trying to survive mom life.
Until, one day, I had a panic attack and I knew that I needed to do something different to turn things around. I knew that I could no longer just go-go-go.
Little by little, I made some changes and turned my life around.
Today, it would not be an exaggeration to say that I'm a completely different mom than I was back then.
And it's been my mission to share what I've learned with other moms who have also experienced similar feelings of stress and overwhelm brought on by stay-at-home mom life.
